Do you ever feel that way?

We’ve been fighting a variety of illnesses in this house for well over a month now, and there’s something about a sinus headache that causes my brain to run at half-capacity. So clearly, I thought this would be a good time to write a blog post.

Anyhow, if my twitter & facebook feeds are any indication, many of you are also fighting off various germs and whatnot, so perhaps we can empathize with each other. I really just want to curl up on the couch with a blanket and look at stupid things on the internets.

I had plans to write a great post this week talking about something something resolutions, something something upcoming year, yada yada yada. You get the gist, right? Good, now I don’t have to write that post.

Instead I’ll just post cute pictures of Little Man.

He got this outfit for Christmas from his friend, Olive. And I had to show it to you for obvious reasons.

He also went on his first sled ride this Christmas at my in-laws’.

So hopefully sometime I can get myself up off my tuchus and do something worth blogging about. I have a big project going on right now involving my craft closet. I’m redoing it and it’s really exciting. I’ll even give you a sneak peek– here’s the “before” picture:

This isn’t even a full “before” picture because that white set of drawers is part of the new system. I got that piece a few months ago. Which means the closet organization was actually worse before this picture was taken. That greenish splotch on the back wall is the paint swatch. It’s all painted now, but we’re not finished with everything else yet. But I think we’re close!

Anyway. Stay tuned for the finished product. And hopefully other exciting things soon, too.

Wash your hands, often, friends. Keep the crud away from your house if you can manage.
