Many of us have struggled with unhealthy attitudes about food. I want us to talk about what causes these attitudes and what we can do to change them so we can find food freedom.

I struggled with an eating disorder in high school and college. I’d love to share my story with you and open the conversation about why we struggle with food and how we can move toward healthier attitudes and find freedom.
