I am stoked about this recipe you guys! It is one of the easiest recipes ever AND it tastes amazing. And who doesn’t need another easy weeknight recipe, am I right? This recipe falls into the category of sheet pan dinner, which means that you throw a bunch of stuff on a sheet pan and bake it and BOOM your whole meal is done.(more…)
Back when I wrote up my favorite keto thanksgiving recipes, I told you I had been working on a low carb green bean casserole recipe but that I didn’t have it quite to where I wanted it. And I promised you I’d have it ready before Christmas. So here it is!

So since NONE of you made ANY guesses on my last post, I’m just going to have to tell you. I mean, it’s really too bad, because I had a HUGE prize for the first person to guess right. I was going to send you a giant check like they give you when you win Publishers Clearing House. And a pony. And a fruit-of-the-month basket.
But you missed out. And I’m so upset that none of you guessed, I won’t ever have another giveaway as big as that one would have been. Just sayin’.
Ok, I’m over it. Now I’ll show you the super cute stuff my sister & I made for my cousin.
So. I’ll admit I like to make fancy meals for people. This is not one of those meals. This is simple and delicious and sooo not fancy.
There are a lot of Shepherd’s Pie recipes out there. This one is really easy, and you probably have all the ingredients in your kitchen already.
